March•May Café’s Create Your Own Coffee experience offers various customization options.

For the base, customers can choose from a macadamia latte, Spanish latte, café latte, caramel latte, vanilla latte, or salted caramel latte. The cream options include cream cheese, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate ice cream, or milk foam. Drizzle choices range from white chocolate, Nutella, caramel, and chocolate to Biscoff, strawberry, or salted caramel. Customers can choose strawberry jam, chocolate chips, mango jam, sliced almonds, cocoa powder, Biscoff crumbs, matcha powder, crushed grahams, crushed Oreos, or brownie crumble.

In addition to their Create Your Own Coffee experience, March•May Café offers a Create-Your-Own Waffle option.

Customers can select from a croffle, half, or whole waffle as the base, paired with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or chocolate ice cream for the cream. Drizzle choices include chocolate, caramel, vanilla, strawberry, white chocolate, Nutella, condensed milk, or Biscoff. For toppings, sweet options like strawberry, chocolate chips, mango jam, sliced almonds, bananas, Biscoff crumbs, matcha crumble, crushed grahams, Oreos, or brownie crumble are available, along with savory toppings like bacon, egg, sausage, or spam.

This new coffee shop in Cavite also serves all-day breakfast, including the March•May Café Special Full Brunch with Hungarian sausage, bacon, spam, egg, and a choice of waffle or croffle for PhP395. Other options, like Chicken Pastil, shawarma brunch, and more, range from PhP190 to PhP325.

For pasta lovers, dishes such as Creamy Chicken Pesto and bacon Alfredo are priced at PhP190 to PhP235. Flavored chicken wings, priced at PhP275 to PhP290, and quesadillas, priced at PhP220 to PhP245, are also available.

March•May Café’s drink menu includes espresso-based drinks from PhP70 to PhP200, matcha beverages from PhP160 to PhP195, coffee-based frappes from PhP190 to PhP200, cream-based frappes from PhP170 to PhP220, fruit soda fusions from PhP160, non-coffee drinks from PhP160 to PhP170, and tea options from PhP90.
