The five towers of SMDC Wind Residences are an imposing sight along Aguinaldo Highway. The 20-story buildings command an unobstructed view of the lush greeneries along the ridge of Tagaytay, the Taal Volcano and Lake and, further ahead, the magnificent blue horizon.

3. Cityland Tagaytay Prime Residences

4. Kasa Luntian

Kasa Luntian consists of six towers, each with five to seven residential floors. Condo unit options include studio units, one to two-bedroom units, and two to three-bedroom penthouses. Unit sizes range from 39 to 141 square meters, with a price range of PhP4,100,000 to PhP17,100,000.
5. The Vineyard Residences

The Vineyard Residences is one of the three recent condo developments at Twin Lakes Tagaytay, the country's first vineyard community which has the atmosphere of a charming European village. Residents will wake up every day to the cool breeze of Tagaytay and views of Taal Volcano and Lake and the Batangas mountain range. To add to the montage, the Vineyard Residences also has its own grape plantation.

The Vineyard Manor sits on a slightly more elevated level than The Vineyard Residences.

7. The Belvedere
Location: Twin Lakes Tagaytay, Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, Laurel, Batangas
The Belvedere is the newest offering of Twin Lakes Tagaytay.
Adding to the growing community of Twin Lakes Tagaytay is the newest mid-rise condo development, The Belvedere, which will be turned over in 2022. Since it’s situated in the 1,300-hectare leisure and resort community, it immerses its residents in the same European-themed countryside environment surrounded by natural scenery.
With three towers, The Belvedere consists of 28.5- to 117-square-meter units with prices ranging from PhP5,000,000 to PhP10,000,000.
8. The Woodridge Place
Location: Tagaytay Highlands, Tagaytay City
Mahogany and Linden buildings are part of the second phase of The Woodbridge Place.
The Woodbridge Place is found inside the vast, luxurious mountain resort community of Tagaytay Highlands. Taking inspiration from the mountain resorts and ski cabins of Colorado, The Woodbridge Place merges the rustic charm of countryside living with modern elegance. 9. Pinecrest Village

Construction will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
