Subic Bay Yoga offers three yoga classes at the Aurora Suites and Pavilion: Beginner's, Power, and Absolute yoga. Beginner’s yoga focuses on a gentle and inclusive approach to basic poses, breath control, and relaxation techniques. Power yoga is perfect for a fast-paced flow yoga class that empowers your mind and body to cultivate strength and build confidence. Designed to provide a full-body workout, Absolute Yoga is a set of sequences of yoga poses practiced in a hot room that helps with stress and anxiety and calms the mind.
Beginners’ yoga class is every Monday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM; Power yoga is every Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM; and Absolute yoga is every Thursday, 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM.
Rates for these yoga classes start at PhP500 for walk-ins, PhP1,000 for three introductions to yoga classes, PhP2,250 for five yoga classes, and PhP4,000 for ten yoga classes.
