Puerto Princesa will soon be home to a high-end residential condominium, The Bellagio Palawan.

Megaworld has unveiled The Bellagio Palawan, a luxurious new residential project set to rise in Puerto Princesa within the master-planned Baytown Palawan Township along Puerto Princesa South Road.

Construction is already underway for this 12-story condominium, offering 188 smart home units that blend upscale living in Palawan with the area's natural beauty. The units will offer the same lively lifestyle as Forbes Town in Bonifacio Global City.

As Puerto Princesa grows in prominence in the real estate market in Palawan, The Bellagio Palawan aims to redefine urban living in the city. It features smart home technology, allowing residents to control lighting and appliances through a mobile app. Its units have spacious balconies, with some three-bedroom suites reaching up to 109 square meters.

The Bellagio Palawan’s architecture is also said to be inspired by Puerto Princesa’s Underground River. It incorporates wave-like horizontal lines and leaf-shaped canopies to create a smooth transition to its surroundings.

Puerto Princesa’s first heated rooftop infinity pool, offering panoramic views of the bay, will be one of the main highlights of this new real estate in Palawan. The Bellagio Palawan’s co-working space, a fitness center with a yoga studio, and outdoor lounges, all emphasizing a nature-inspired atmosphere, are also some of the amenities to look forward to.

Megaworld expects The Bellagio Palawan to significantly shape the city’s evolving skyline, with construction targeted for completion by 2030.
