Megaworld’s announcement of plans to construct another luxury hotel in the municipality.
Megaworld, a highly reputable property developer and operator, has recently unveiled its plans to begin construction on the
Paragua Sands Hotel, its latest hotel in
San Vicente, Palawan. The project is in the stunning 462-hectare Paragua Coastown ecotourism township. The hotel, set to span over 10 floors, will offer guests an unforgettable experience with its luxurious amenities.
At the Paragua Sands Hotel, guests can choose from a range of luxurious and comfortable room options to suit their needs. The Twin Suite and Queen Suite have up to 32 square meters of space. The Junior Suite has up to 61 square meters of space, while the Executive Suite offers up to 60.5 square meters. The Presidential Suite offers an expansive 140 square meters of space.
Paragua Sands Hotel will have a pool, kiddie pool, pool deck, outdoor deck, balconies, kid’s club, spa, fitness center, and changing rooms with wet and dry sauna. It will also feature a ballroom for 220 people, function rooms for 80, meeting rooms for 66, and a business center with four workstations.
The Paragua Sands Hotel will have four food and beverage outlets, including an all-day dining resto, Zabana Bar & Lounge, a pool bar and grill, and a specialty restaurant. A gift shop and retail spaces will also be on the ground floor.
Moreover, suites and VIP guests get access to the Executive Lounge, which offers complimentary beverages, hors d’oeuvres all day, and breakfast in the morning.
The upcoming
hotel in San Vicente, Palawan, by Megaworld, will be just a five-minute stroll away from the pristine beach and the lush mangrove reserve park. Guests can look forward to indulging in various outdoor activities such as hiking, bird-watching, and water sports. It is expected to be open to the public in 2029.
