FREE Bus Rides from PITX to Cubao for All Female Commuters This National Women’s Month 2024

In celebration of National Women’s Month, the PCG will offer free rides for all female commuters.

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) members will provide complimentary bus rides to all female commuters every Wednesday: March 6, 13, and 20, 2024. This is PCG’s way of showing support and respect for women in celebrating National Women’s Month 2024. Moreover, this initiative seeks to uplift and honor the valuable contributions of women to society to empower them further.

This upcoming free-ride-for-women project will quickly provide a convenient transportation option for women commuters traveling from Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) and Cubao, and vice versa.

March is a particular month celebrating women's achievements and contributions to society. It is observed as National Women's Month, in line with the annual International Women's Day designated by the United Nations on March 8. This is when we can reflect on the progress toward gender equality and inspire more positive change for women everywhere.
