Christmas is definitely in the air and sky as Makati City and Ayala Land launched this year’s much anticipated
Festival of Lights at Ayala Triangle Gardens. With the theme Christmas Nights with Countless Lights, this
Ayala Christmas light show is in its 15th year and will surely wow everyone, featuring more attractions in more areas of Ayala Triangle Gardens.
The Festival of Lights at Ayala Triangle Gardens features three main attractions: the traditional light show, Kaleidoscope of Sight, Sound, and Light, and two new attractions, Wish Upon a Light and Liter of Lights.
This Ayala Christmas light show’s first attraction, called Kaleidoscope of Sight, Sound, and Light, is a traditional light show directed by Ohm David. It introduces cutting-edge lighting technology with mappable LED lights and captivating interactive floor projections. The garden comes alive with larger-than-life illusions of light and color featuring playful butterflies and enchanting scenes animated by Kroma.
Festival of Lights at Ayala Triangle Garden’s main attraction has three medleys: Paskong Pinoy tells the story of Simbang Gabi, Cosmic K-Pop Christmas transports the audience into a K-Pop concert experience, and Big Band Holiday with art deco-inspired lights and projections and iconic tunes from the golden age of music.
Aside from the main light show, the audience can also explore curated installations throughout various sections of the Ayala Triangle Gardens, which includes the two new attractions. Wish Upon a Light is located in the northern part of the area, where the audience can write wishes on a screen and flash them on a green wall for everyone to see.
The Festival of Lights at Ayala Triangle Garden’s third attraction is the Liter of Light, an art installation featuring Elemento by Leeroy New. This attraction is lit up with solar-powered recycled water bottles and tells the story of how recycled plastic bottles, water, and bleach brought 55 watts of light to classrooms with no electricity.
Feel the spirit of the Christmas celebration in the Philippines and catch each Ayala Christmas light show every hour from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM until January 14, 2024, located at Paseo de Roxas Street, Corner Makati Avenue, Corner Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
