Community pantries across the metro are popping up.

With many Filipinos jobless due to the pandemic, the country is not only fighting COVID-19 but also hunger. Since not all residents have been granted financial aid yet, it’s a daily struggle to put food on the table. Eventually, through a community charity initiative in Maginhawa, Quezon City, the concept of community pantries came to be. The initiative has since been adopted across the metro, leading to plenty of community pantries in Metro Manila.
If you want to help the cause and share your blessings,whether it’s food, vegetables, or canned goods, you can send your donations to any of the community pantries in Metro Manila below.
