Quarantine pass needed in QC shopping malls and establishments
The Quezon City government now requires residents to present quarantine passes when entering malls, commercial buildings, and other establishments in the city during the GCQ [3]. QC Mayor Joy Belmonte said that requiring quarantine passes ensures that residents are only going outside for work and for getting essentials. Company IDs can also be presented along with the quarantine passes.
Those below 21 years old and 60 years old and above and high-risk individuals are not allowed to go out unless for work and obtaining essential services and goods. They must also present their work IDs and quarantine passes. Individuals doing non-group and non-contact outdoor exercises are also required to present their quarantine passes.

Restaurants are required to observe the standard health protocols such as regular sanitation and disinfection, limited venue capacity, physical distancing, and mandatory PPE for workers [4].
