F45 offers 45 minutes of HIIT circuit workout classes.

F45 Training aims to make workouts fun even when you’re at home. Besides their free Facebook live workout coaching, they also upload easy-to-follow home exercises on their Instagram page. If the solo workout is not for you, you can also join the F45 family on Zoom where coaches will guide you in real time.

Since quarantine restrictions won’t let you go out for a long bike ride, try indoor cycling. Those who have stationary bikes in their home can join Ride Revolution’s intense Zoom cycling sessions taught by their instructors. If you prefer solo sweat sessions, then you can also follow the free instructional home workout videos on their Instagram page.
