The process of picking condos can be quite tedious. While buyers may have some basic considerations covered – floor size, building amenities, security, and proximity to places – some factors aren’t as obvious and often asked. One such factor, in fact, can be as fickle as the weather: is this condominium flood-free? Which then makes you ask the important question: are there even flood-proof condos in Metro Manila?
