Residents can relish nature both indoors and outdoors since 80% of the 36,000-square meter area is allocated for green sceneries. They can also luxuriate in club houses and lobby areas. Meanwhile, each cozy room has a balcony that will let residents bask in the glory of sunlight and moonlight backdrops. Sports enthusiasts can also gather and play in spacious areas like the indoor/outdoor basketball and tennis courts. Zadia also offers a swimming pool and a pool deck to add to the ambience.
Located at the heart of Greenfield City, Zadia is closely established near Paseo, Laguna Central, and Arcadia. Residents can easily access restaurants, bars, cafes, and outlets stores.
