Suntrust Shanata’s seventh tower has finally been topped off. A project of Suntrust, a subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation, this development has a total of 12 residential towers. The Suntrust Shanata is located along Quirino Highway in Brgy. Talipapa, Novaliches, Quezon City.
The theme of this condominium project towers is inspired from modern Asian architecture. It features a 25-meter lap pool, kiddie pool, deck pool and gazebo area, a basketball court, and a playground for kids’ physical activities. The development also has a clubhouse, daycare, function room, and a gym. The mid-rise condominium was also given the “2018 Best Affordable Condo in Metro Manila” award by Property Guru Philippines [1].
Dusit Thani Resort Mactan opens within mixed-use complex
Dusit Thani Resort Mactan, the newest venture of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) in partnership with Dusit International, has opened to the public [2]. It is located within the AmiSa mixed-use complex, where AmiSa Private Residences is also found. The hotel is only 11 kilometers away from the airport.
Dusit Thani Resort Mactan has 300 rooms designed for leisure and business travelers and amenities like an infinity pool overlooking the beachfront area, a sky garden at the rooftop, a wellness spa, an equipped fitness studio, renowned dining options, and a dive center to enjoy the marine life. It also has six event venues and a grand ballroom.
