Megaworld Corporation has already introduced its first mega venture development outside Metro Manila: Forbes Hill Bacolod. This development is located along the Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road, inside the boundaries of Bacolod and Talisay City. Now, Forbes Hill Bacolod has completed its 15-hectare land development within the 53-hectare Northill Gateway Township.

This luxurious community offers 197 residential lots for homebuyers. Available lot areas range from 449 square meters to 861 square meters. Residential lots cost PhP20,000 per square meter and according to the recent update, 70 percent of the lots were already sold [3]. This development is located 20 minutes from the downtown area and 10 minutes from the government center.

Also part of the completed development is the clubhouse. This exclusive community’s clubhouse is tagged as “Bacolod’s most luxurious village clubhouse,” featuring a resort-type contemporary grand lobby and welcome lounge. Residents will also have access to the clubhouse’s fitness center and game and entertainment room. Other amenities include a basketball court, well-landscaped gazebo park garden, a lap pool, a kiddie pool and a sundeck pool lounge. Other features to watch for in this lavish community are the blooming Philippine cherry blossoms and fire trees.

The Maple Grove, the 140-hectare township project of real-estate giant Megaworld Corp, is now offering 93 select office units with layout sizes ranging from 63 square meters to 281 square meters in its 17-story One Corporate Place in General Trias Cavite.

One Corporate Place is equipped with its own Building Management System which also features a 24-hour security and fire command center, seismic detection and monitoring system and stand-by generators for 100% back-up power. It also has a water reservoir with separate fire reserve water tanks and a 24-hour CCTV monitoring system. The entire edifice will also be fiber optic ready.

From Makati CBD and Fort Bonifacio, the area is accessible via the Coastal Road and CAVITEX with an estimated travel time of only 30 to 45 minutes [2]. Rachelle Peñaflorida, vice president for sales and marketing of Megaworld, said the development itself is walking distance from one office tower to another, or to the mall, residential towers and parks.
