People from Antipolo area now have an easier way to travel to SM Aura in Taguig.

This week marks the beginning of April, and Metro Manila is as filled with updates as ever. Despite the start of the dry season in the country, the weather in the metro can still range from sunny to stormy. For transportation news, residents of Antipolo can now commute more easily to Taguig via a modern jeepney. In terms of air travel, new upgrades from a major airline will make services such as ticketing and flight reservation more convenient for passengers.
Weather: Sunny to rainy weather to last the whole week
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced that the dry season has finally started. However, although there will be plenty of sun the whole week, thunderstorms are expected in some days, specifically on March 30, April 3, and 4. On these dates, expect mostly cloudy weather with a chance of thunderstorms. Meanwhile, day temperature will range from 32 °C to 35°C for the entire week and at night, temperature will fall around 23 °C to 27 °C [1]. Make sure to bring an umbrella to always be prepared for both the sun and rain.
Traffic News: New jeepney route from Antipolo to SM Aura now accessible
People from Antipolo and nearby areas can now commute more conveniently to SM Aura in Taguig. New modernized jeepneys from Antipolo to Taguig will now be available for PhP43. The route starts from Cogeo Gate 2 in Antipolo and the drop off point is at SM Aura in Taguig. A return route is also available with stops in Ortigas Avenue, Eastwood, SM Marikina, SM Masinag, and Kalayaan Avenue. The mode of payment as of now is only through YellowDot tap cards which can be purchased for PhP100 at the loading point. Each card is pre-loaded with PhP50 credits. Travel Update: PAL upgrades booking process and other systems
Philippine Airlines has made several adjustments with their system after undergoing an upgrade. Now, the airline has a new ticketing and flight reservation system [3]. PAL’s IT system is now powered by Amadeus Altea technology, which is one of the world’s largest providers in their industry. The new Amadeus system can make booking easier and check-in processing faster. There will be an automated customer preference recognition and personalized alerts for flight change as well. MyPAL Upgrade Service and online check-in is already accessible.
