There will be power interruptions in parts of Pasig City.

As the summer season approaches, the weather will be humid with a chance of rain on Thursday. In addition to the ongoing water crisis, transportation and energy issues will make it a challenging week in Metro Manila, especially for residents. Estrella Road will be partially closed starting March 23—which can affect the flow of vehicles at the area. But good news for commuters, there are new Point-to-Point (P2P) bus routes from Metro Manila to nearby provinces. Meanwhile, power interruptions will occur in selected parts of Pasig City on March 23.

Weather: Warm and clear weather with a little chance of thunderstorm

Metro Manila will remain humid throughout the entire week during the day time as the temperature is expected to range between 32 °C to 35 °C. According to forecasts, it is possible to have a thunderstorm around the area on Thursday. Night time will remain cool with temperature expected to fall around 24 °C to 26 °C. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing made from light materials during the day to ease the heat. Apply sunscreen and bring umbrella as well to lessen the effect of UV rays. Monitor the news for continuous weather updates [1].

Motorists are advised to take alternate routes. Vehicles coming from EDSA or Rockwell can turn at Gumamela Street, left to Camia Street and straight to JP Rizal until they reach their destination [2].
