The first week of March in Metro Manila will be pleasant weather-wise. But in terms of public transportation, there will be several adjustments that can affect the overall commute experience of both locals and tourists. For one, the liquid ban in MRT and LRT-2 stations will be temporarily lifted until further notice. In addition, the new NLEX harbor link will shorten travel time between Valenzuela to Caloocan or vice-versa. Lastly, the Tandang Sora flyover closure was postponed and moved to March 2.

Weather: Plenty of sun around Metro Manila

The sunny weather will remain consistent this week in Metro Manila. The skies would be clear and the chances for rain would be minimal. Day temperature is forecasted to be around 33°C to 34°C [1], so it would be a great week for travels and outdoor recreational activities. Just remember to apply sunscreen and wear clothing made from light materials to cope with the sun’s heat. Follow the news to be updated on the weather changes.
