Subdivision and condominium to rise in Greenfield City, Laguna
Greenfield Development Corporation’s newest residential development projects—a subdivision named Trava and a condominium named Zadia—are expected to rise in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna by 2020.
Trava is a 33-hectare high-end subdivision set to have a total of 315 housing units. It will cater to home finders looking for luxury within a vast verdant environment and open spaces [1].
Forty-five percent of the subdivision will be composed of open spaces to give the residents space to have a healthy lifestyle. There will be tree-lined roads dedicated as bike lanes and jogging paths, and the subdivision will also feature fully underground utilities and solar-powered areas in the clubhouse.
Aside from Trava, Greenfield will also launch a mid-rise, 10-story condominium called Zadia. This project will cater to the upper middle market.
The first of five building projects, Zadia will contain 32 units per floor, each unit with its own balcony. It will feature quality amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, an indoor basketball court, a tennis court, and a gazebo designed with landscaped gardens.
In addition to these, new two-level retail buildings will also become available for business. They will be situated within the transport terminal and will soon be operational.
EVP and GM of Greenfield Development Corp., Atty. Duane A.X. Santos said that Greenfield City plays a major role in the urbanization and master-planned township in Sta. Rosa. The existing business parks, industrial zones, and residential developments around the development contribute in boosting the city’s economy.
Hamilo Coast brings more first-class beach living experience in the south
Hamilo Coast, one of the first-class beach properties in Nasugbu, Batangas, recently broke ground for its latest seaside condominium development, Freia.
Freia will be composed of a three-step mid-rise structure, with 214 superior two-bedroom units and nine two-story three-bedroom penthouses, scoping the views of the West Philippine Sea and the Pico mountains. Residents in this condominium property may take only a 1.5-kilometer walk to get to the white sands of Pico de Loro Beach.
Designed for sustainable beach resort living, the property features tropical-inspired architecture with unit terraces that provide an oceanic view. There will also be high-quality furniture pieces at the grand lobby and hallways to characterize modern luxurious living.
In Freia, Hamilo Coast will maintain its vision in building and integrating green building strategies in the community. Thus, solar energy will be used to provide power to common areas of the condominium. The hallways and lobbies of the building will also be designed to have natural lighting and ventilation. In addition to these, the developer also ensures an eco-friendly waste management system.
For recreational amenities, Freia will feature outdoor adult and kiddie pools, a lounge deck, function rooms, and lush pocket gardens. Freia’s target turnover of units will start in 2022 [2].
