Almond, the final building of The Atherton, was launched
In Parañaque City, DMCI Homes has launched Almond, the third and final building to complete The Atherton, DMCI’s resort-inspired development [1]. The Almond is a 14-story structure with a total of 318 units available for occupancy.
Homebuyers who prefer can choose between a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The unit prices start at PhP3.32 million and up. Available unit sizes range from 29 square meters to 61.50 square meters.
The first two buildings that were launched inside The Atherton are Oak and Helicia. Based on the developer’s record, the Oak is already 76% sold while the Helicia is 54% sold.
When it comes to the design scheme, all three buildings have Sky Patios. These feature DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® Design Technology, which lets ambient light and fresh air to enter the structure through 3-story high openings.
The buildings have open spaces for fun activities and outdoor amenities like a lap pool, leisure and kiddie pool, play area, picnic area, activity lawn, basketball court, gazebo, jogging path, and roof garden. The development is also ideally located near bus terminals and south commercial establishments.
The Hamptons Place rises in Angono, Rizal
