Robinsons Land Corporation’s prime project, The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place will soon bring luxury living in the east side of Ortigas. This real estate development is the first Westin branded residences in Southeast Asia. Meanwhile, Megaworld’s newest iconic skyscraper along EDSA-Makati, the Vion Tower, is also expected to rise soon.

The first Westin-branded residences in Southeast Asia will take its turn in creating a distinctive lifestyle experience in the Ortigas central business district. The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place is made possible by Robinsons Land Corporation’s upscale brand, Robinsons Luxuria, and Marriott International, Inc..

The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place features amenities with a luxurious touch for business, leisure, and recreation hub. The second floor of the building offers a workspace, business lounge, function rooms, meeting rooms, and a boardroom.

Found in the third floor is the entertainment area with an entertainment lounge, a wine room, a private theater, a sound stage, and a playhouse for kids. A golf simulation room is also available in the same floor for enthusiasts.

Meanwhile, fitness amenities like a lap pool and kiddie pool can be enjoyed in the fourth level of the building. There is also a dedicated dance studio found in the same floor of the building, complete with a changing room with sauna and hot tub.

This 50-story residential condominium features a glass element structure and offers one-, two- or three-bedroom units, as well as premium penthouse suites. Each unit is designed to have floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize views of the city.

Megaworld to build residential tower along EDSA-Makati

Property giant Megaworld Corporation is building Vion Tower, another iconic residential tower along Makati City. Soon, the 57-storey tower will stand tall along EDSA-Makati, offering convenience and accessibility.

The condo offers the following unit types: 31-square meter studio type, 51-square meter one-bedroom unit, and 71-square meter two-bedroom unit. Some units also come with their own balconies.

Vion Tower is close to public transportations and access roads within areas like NAIA via Skyway, Manila Bay, MRT, and bus stations, among others.

The property is right next to prime establishments, residential villages, hotels, schools, hospitals and churches in Makati, Pasay, Taguig, Ortigas, and Quezon City.

Homeowners are exclusively entitled to enjoy the lap pool and wading pool, function hall for events and parties, fitness center and an outdoor fitness area, children’s playground, and day care center. There is also a relaxation lounge and a library.

This iconic landmark tower is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
