ALI registers more debt for company expansion
Ayala Land Inc., (ALI) is set to once again draw a debt with the total sum of PhP50,000,000,000 from the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) shelf registration facility.
According to Ayala Land’s chief finance officer, treasurer, and chief compliance officer Augusto Bengzon, the debt would support the company’s plans for further expansion.

ALI is progressively expanding its properties toward Mega Manila, Central Luzon and Calabarzon. It has also launched three mixed-used estates in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao totaling an area of 275 hectares in 2017 [3].
