Even though there are a number of festivals celebrated all throughout the country for the month of October—the MassKara Festival in Bacolod and the Hermosa Festival in Zamboanga being prime examples—the month is generally spent in anticipation of Halloween.
But let’s admit it: waiting until the very end of the month to celebrate something can become boring. Fortunately, malls and brands all over the metro are offering sales and hot deals to help keep your weekends preoccupied as you wait.
Below are the best October deals in Metro Manila this 2018. Browse and see which sale you’ll definitely go to!
1. Etude House’s Makeup Sale
Where: All Etude House boutique branches nationwide
When: September 26 to October 31
The sale is valid in all of the brand’s branches except for the ones in mall department stores.

Etude House is a beloved Korean makeup brand which offers cosmetic products for the face and skin care items such as mask sheets and body creams. Since September 26, the brand has been offering 40% discounts are available on selected items. The sale will last until October 31.
2. SM Home Cookware Sale
Where: All SM Home branches
When: September 27 to November 4
SM Home is also known as Homeworld.

SM Home, The SM Store’s home section, carries products for the entire household such as furniture, kitchenware, linen, and even storage and organizers. Currently, it is holding a sale until November 4 and up to 50% discounts on cookware items are up for grabs in all branches nationwide.
3. RUNNR Pre-Holiday Sale

RUNNR is a running specialty store that offers international brands such as HOKA ONE ONE, Adidas, Brooks, Nike, and many others. Good news for runners who want to get new gear: up to 40% off is available on selected pairs on RUNNR’s Pre-Holiday Sale, which is happening for the entire month of October until November 2.
4. The Metro Stores’ Style in the Metro Super Sale
Where: Alabang Town Center Activity Center, Alabang–Zapote Road, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City
When: October 12 to October 21

For its Style in the Metro Super Sale which will be held in Alabang Town Center, up to 50% off will be available for bags and shoes from participating brands.
5. SM Megamall Mega 3-Day Sale
Where: EDSA corner Doña Julia Vargas Avenue, Ortigas Center, Wack-Wack Greenhills, Mandaluyong City
When: October 19 to 21

SM Megamall is not only one of the largest SM malls: it is also one of the largest malls in the country, period. For its Mega 3-Day Sale, up to 70% off will be available on selected items from participating brands.
6. Robinsons Warehouse Sale
Where: The Forum Tent, PICC Complex, Pasay City
When: October 19 to 21
The three-day sale is from 11 AM to 8 PM.

The Robinsons Warehouse Sale is exclusive for Robinsons Reward Cards and Metrobank Cards holders only. However, those without these cards can avail of the Robinsons Reward Card for PhP100 and apply for a Metrobank Credit Card at the event itself. At the sale, you can get up to 70% off in discounts not only from hardware stores such as Handyman and True Value but also apparel from Topshop, makeup from Benefit Cosmetics and more.
7. SM Malls’ #AweSM Pre-Holiday Sale
Where: SM Malls nationwide
When: October 19 to 31
SM Supermalls has 73 branches in all.

As part of SM Malls’ #AweSM at 60 Celebration, all SM Mall branches nationwide will be having a Pre-Holiday Sale on participating stores and brands from October 19 until the end of the month.
