Despite the rapid developments of other areas in Metro Manila, Makati remains to flourish. Not only was it the first central business district in the entirety of the National Capital Region, but it also boasts a rich history that dates back in the 19th Century. It is also the home of one of two Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) trading floors in the country, with the other housed in Ortigas, also a major business district.
Makati is home to several foreign embassies of Argentina, Switzerland, Czech Republic, and Nigeria. Moreover, the second tallest tower in the country, the PBCom Tower, and the tallest residential condo, Gramercy Residences, is also found within the area. Because of Makati’s thriving business sector, abundance in buildings, and overall booming economy, it also offers a fair share of commercial condo units.

4. Cityland Dela Rosa Condominium
