Pool maintenance will be provided if requested by the guests.
This resort-style bungalow sits on a 560-square meter land complete with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a private swimming pool. The place is also near Ayala Avenue, Resorts World Manila, and NAIA 3. Four bedrooms are available with one king bed, one queen bed, five single beds, one bunk bed, one sofa bed, and one couch. Described by the host itself as “an oasis floating above Manila,” this penthouse is accessible to SM Mall of Asia, Intramuros, Luneta, and the US Embassy. It has three bedrooms with one king bed, two queen beds, two single beds, three floor mattresses, and one sofa bed all with private bathrooms and flat screen televisions. Guests have access to the laundry service located on the tower’s fourth floor and the gym and swimming pool located at the sixth floor. 5. Cozy Three-Bedroom Loft with Parking in Mandaluyong
Price: PhP5,069 a night
Capacity: 14 guests
The loft is located on the sixth floor of the building and comes with a scenic outdoor view.
This loft is fully furnished and it gives guests free access to the building’s playground and park. Use of the pool is at PhP78 per person. The host also provides basic toiletries, pillows, and bed sheets. The space has four bedrooms in total but only three are allowed to be used, and there are seven bunk beds in total.
