If you like your sci-fi film peppered with laughs, go for Ghostbusters. The reboot is the third film in the Ghostbusters comedy franchise, which was originally released in 1984. This time around, there is a surge of paranormal activity in New York City. As the undead threaten the residents of the Big Apple, a team of four women heed the call to save the city from a disaster of apocalyptic proportions. The movie stars comediennes Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy, so you can expect some serious girl power packed with punch lines all throughout.

Kirk (Chris Pine) and Commander Spock (Zachary Quinto) lead the USS Enterprise crew into the unexplored depths of space. But unknown to them, there’s trouble looming ahead: They get stranded on an alien planet and encounter hostile creatures. Find out how they survive the odds by catching Star Trek Beyond, showing in Philippine cinemas this weekend.
