As some cities and provinces in the country abolished the need for swab tests for fully vaccinated travelers, Bohol Inter-Agency Task Force (BIATF) has decided to retain the requirement [3]. Governor Art Yap and members of the BIATF cluster, doctors, and health experts held a meeting regarding the possibility of fully vaccinated travelers being carriers of the disease. Meanwhile, Dr. Yul Lopez also shared the chance of travelers tampering with vaccination cards as there is yet a system to verify these cards.
