Music and cool beats will fill the air of Cebu throughout the whole month of love. A dance party, different concerts, and a beatbox competition are just some of the fun-filled events in Cebu this February 2020 that will certainly have people on their feet. There’s also a tarot card reading workshop that will make for an interesting month for the Queen City of the South, residents and visitors alike. Piqued your interest yet? 1. Let's Glow Dance Party with Wowie De Guzman
When: February 8, 2020
Where: Lapu-Lapu City Auditorium, F. Martir Street, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
Ticket price: PhP350 for General Admission; PhP500 for VIP (with singlet and drawstrings)

Cebuano titos and titas are in for a treat as a former member of the Universal Motions Dancers and ‘90s heartthrob idol will grace a dance party on the second Saturday of February. Jeffrey Camangyan, better known as Wowie De Guzman, will light up the dance floor in the Let's Glow Dance Party with Wowie De Guzman hosted by Active Hub. Guests can look forward to a fun evening filled with lots of prizes in the raffle.
Tip: Similar to concerts and other events, it’s advisable to wear something comfortable for a dance party. A good pair of dancing shoes and suitable clothes should be on your to-wear list in these parties.
How to get to the Lapu-Lapu City Auditorium: From SM City Cebu, get on a van for hire headed for the Opon Public Market. At the market, ride a jeepney passing by the Lapu-Lapu City Auditorium.
2. Tarot The Gathering

Conducted by Gino Paradela, the workshop will give you an idea about the history of the tarot and the importance of divination. Since you will also learn how to do tarot reading, please bring your own deck of tarot cards.

The original lead singer of American alternative rock band Dishwalla will be in town this coming February. The JR Richards Live in Cebu will see the American singer-songwriter performing his original compositions to the delight of the crowd. Joining him on stage are alternative pop/rock band Shamrock and Cebu’s very own Scrambled Eggs.
