Fans of BTS member Kim Seok-jin can celebrate their love for their favorite South Korean singer and songwriter at the Jin Day event on December 7. Food and fun activities will be waiting for the fans who will get the chance to interact with other fans of the K-pop star. Moreover, they can also pay it forward since part of the registration fee will go to a feeding program for street children on Christmas day. Additionally, fans will also receive two pictures, a banner, and two stickers during the event.

This event, hosted by Seventeen Days, is aimed at gathering fans of the popular South Korean boy band. Aside from interacting with fellow Carats, the name of the fans of Seventeen, they can look forward to freebies, prizes, and games at the event. And while fans are asked to reserve a slot for the mini-gathering, walk-ins are also welcome.

Tip: Since events requiring a reservation normally offer limited slots for guests, it is advisable to sign up early to ensure you can join the event.

Korean pop fans will get the chance to listen to their favorite K-pop cover groups in the Visayas during the Cebu Cover Gayo Awards. This annual event will see the participation of popular cover soloists and groups in the Visayas region. Even as the cover artists will perform their favorite K-pop songs, they will also get the chance to receive awards for their performances. The major awards up for grabs are Coverist of the Year, Best Male Cover Group, and Best Female Cover Group, among others. K-pop fans can also participate by choosing their favorite cover artist in the People’s Choice Award.

Tip: Since some vents require formal attire while others allow casual outfits, it is important to know the dress code ahead of time. This will allow you to dress accordingly.

Role-playing game enthusiasts can look forward to an early Christmas gift this coming December. Four days before the most wonderful day of the year, Reccon and RPG Cebu will host RECCon 2019. Rangers, wizards, and fighters will gather at the Ayala Malls Central Bloc during the 1st Multi-Table Dungeons & Dragons event. Eight Dungeon Masters on eight tables will direct the adventures with the fifth module of the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game, Baldur's Gate: Descent Into Avernus. Designed by Alan Patrick and Rich Lescouflair, players will get the chance to take part in a quest pitting good against evil. Guests can either bring their own character or create one at the Character Creation Table at the event.

Tip: Attending role-playing game events will be much more enjoyable if you know how the game is played. So, research about the game and find out as much as you can or you can go with a friend who has experience in playing these games.
