HTLand Inc., a joint venture company of Hongkong Land and Taft Properties, awarded its P10-billion Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract to Megawide Construction Corporation to develop the Mandani Bay Quay Phase 2 located at the Cebu waterfront.
Mr. Edgar Saavedra, Megawide’s chairman and chief executive officer, said that the company is committed to delivering the highest standards of engineering and construction.
This project’s total construction floor area of 328,000 square meters include three 40-story residential towers, one 30-story office building, an amenities floor, two commercial levels, and four floors of podium parking.
Its first tower’s construction is expected to launch this year and is targeted to be completed by the end of 2021. For residential towers, the delivery target will be on the first half of 2022 and the first quarter of 2023. The office tower, on the other hand, will be completed by the fourth quarter of 2022.
