Isla Sugbo Seafood City is not a run-of-the-mill seafood restaurant. Instead of offering ready-made dishes, the restaurant lets customers select the seafood on display and have it cooked. The concept is similar to the sutukil, or sugba (grill), tuwa (stew), kilaw (tossed in vinegar) stalls near the Mactan Shrine. The main difference is that you enjoy your meal in the air-conditioned comfort of the restaurant. You can choose from a wide variety of seafood, including crabs, shrimps, and a good selection of fish.

The Paluto (Cook) All-You-Can at Isla Sugbo Seafood City is priced at PhP749 per person.

Among its bestsellers are their baked scallops, tuna jaw, and crabs in curry or black pepper. In addition, the restaurant also offers other dishes, including pork barbecue and pochero (stewed beef chunks).

Aside from the typical fare of Chinese restaurants, Tao Yuan Seafood Restaurant has an aquarium filled with fresh seafood ready to be cooked upon order. The not-so-typical menu offerings of the restaurant include steamed eel with taosi and chili, fresh sautéed shrimp, and sautéed crab and ginger with onions.
