Five Newly Opened or Renovated Hotels with Swimming Pools in Cebu

Opened last May, Mezzo Hotel is the newest four-star 10-storey hotel in the Mabolo area. The hotel boasts of a modern minimalist design. One unique feature that they have is their Barkada Room, which can accommodate up to 12 people. They also have a ballroom fit for weddings and corporate events. Mezzo Hotel has an indoor lap pool for kids and adults alike. The pool is located at the ground floor and is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Parklane International Hotel opened in 2006, however, they are currently renovating their guest rooms. If you just want to drop by without booking a room, Parklane has an outdoor pool at the fourth floor. Here, one can enjoy the scenic view of the business district while lounging in crystal clear blue waters. The pool is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM . After swimming, one can get a taste of authentic Cebuano cuisine at Kan-anan, also at the fourth floor.

Still within the Cebu Business Park area is Quest Hotel and Conference Center. Quest is a three-star hotel with 427 rooms and modern amenities which opened in Cebu in 2012. Last April, they completed the renovation of their pool area. Located at the seventh floor, the pool features an adult pool and kiddie pool. The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, so you can do an early-morning lap or de-stress with a swimming session in the evening.

Cebu Grand Hotel is a homegrown brand which has been in the industry for over 20 years. Last February, the 100-room business hotel completed its renovation. One of their amenities is their pool located at the rooftop. While taking a dip, guests can enjoy the view of the neighboring establishments along N. Escario St., which has enjoyed resurgence as of late into a thriving area for business and leisure. The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Palm Grass The Cebu Heritage Hotel, the only heritage hotel in the city, had its grand opening last April 3. With floors and rooms named after local heroes, this business hotels pays homage to Cebuano Katipuneros who fought against the Spaniards in the Battle of Tres de Abril. Palm Grass has a dipping pool filled with saltwater instead of chlorinated water. The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM for in-house guests, and 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM for walk-in guests.
