CNT Lechon

A list of restaurants in Cebu is never complete without a lechon place. While Cebu is home to a number of lechon places, one of the best known restaurants offering this delectable Cebuano dish is CNT Lechon. Located right across SM City Cebu, CNT Lechon is among the best lechon houses in the city. While the place may get somewhat humid during lunchtime, it is probably the most visited branch of CNT due to its proximity to the mall.

Aside from lechon, the restaurant also offers a number of other dishes, including lechon paksiw, dinuguan bam-i, and sweet & sour fish. The best time to drop by for lunch is around 11:30 in the morning when the lechon is freshly delivered. You don’t have to worry about parking since the restaurant offers ample space for its diners.

Burrow Lounge
Price Range: PhP80 to PhP220
The Burrow Lounge is well known for offering unlimited chicken wings and rice for only PhP199. The chicken wings come in four flavors: classic, teriyaki, barbecue, and chili. In addition to its chicken wings, the Burrow Lounge also offers other favorites like french fries, Gambas, sizzling sisig, spring rolls, and chicken chips. The waiters and waitresses are very helpful and the place offers a cozy ambience.

It is advisable to visit the restaurant at around 11:00 AM because some chicken-wing flavors sometimes run out by noon time. The restaurant is inside a mall so parking is not a problem.

Café Racer
Price Range: PhP120 to PhP230
Café Racer is an automobile-themed diner offering Filipino as well as American dishes. The furniture used at Café Racer reflects the overall theme of the restaurant—they have chairs made out of old barrels, tables from old license plates, and a grill station from an old Volkswagen. Aside from classic grilled cheese sandwiches and cheeseburgers, Café Racer also offers sizzling kansi, pork sisig, and kwek-kwek. Café Racer is also slowly becoming a car club hub in Cebu where automobile enthusiasts converge at the end of the work week.

Ample parking space is available for diners bringing their own vehicles. If you are going to commute going there, consider getting the number of a reliable taxi company since the area is not readily accessible to public transportation. A good time to visit the restaurant is during lunchtime because most diners normally flock the place at dinnertime.
Orange Karenderia
Price Range: PhP28 to PhP180
The color orange is typically associated with happiness, and at the Orange Karenderia, diners leave the place with a smile on their faces. Aside from offering typical Cebuano cuisine, the Orange Karenderia also offers a number of exotic food items to its customers, including Crispy Tuna Buntot, tinolang mamsa, and Linarang na Barracuda.

The parking lot of the Orange Karenderia is shared with another restaurant, hence it may not be easy to find a slot after 7:00 PM. It’s best to visit the restaurant when it opens at 11:00 AM because the place is not normally crowded at this time. But if you want to have dinner at the restaurant, you should be there by 6:00 PM.

Ding Qua Qua Dimsum House
Price Range: PhP55 to PhP170
Ding Qua QuaDimsum House offers authentic Chinese cuisine at reasonable prices. The restaurant evokes an authentic Oriental atmosphere as demonstrated by the decoration of the interior and the service provided by the staff. Family gatherings and business lunches are typically held there. Ding Qua Qua Dimsum House serves a variety of Chinese dishes, including its signature steamed rice, different types of shaomai, empress roll, and hotpot, among others. The restaurant also offers the Great Dimsum Buffet, which is a smorgasbord of their signature dishes.

Since Ding Qua Qua is well known for the Great Dimsum Buffet, all tables will be occupied by 7:00 PM, especially during weekends. Knowing this, it is best to reserve a table ahead of time. Ample parking space is provided by the mall where the restaurant is located.
