If two words describe Ariel’s Point, it is called cliff jumping and beer! The place is in Buruanga, Aklan, 30 minutes away from Boracay by boat. Staying overnight is also discouraged here. To go to Ariel’s Point (formerly known to locals as Batason Point), you must make an appointment at Ariel’s House at Boracay Beach Club (Station 1 highway near the Balabag Parish). They offer at least five (cliff) jumping areas, ranging from three meters to as high as 15 meters. Aside from cliff diving, they offer fresh seafood, bamboo rafting, swimming, and stand-up paddleboards. You will not get bored on this tour because it either falls asleep in the cool weather or feels alive with an exciting adrenaline rush due to its various activities.
Tip!
The fee for an island-hopping tour package starts at PhP900 per person, and a buffet lunch is included. If you rent a private boat, it may cost you PhP3,800. The island-hopping companies include Mega Paraw Boracay and Red Whale Boracay. Other individuals post about island hopping in Boracay on social media; almost all have worked as agents for various sea sports companies. Island hopping is among my favorite activities, especially on rainy days.
When you visit the island, take advantage of the exciting activities and things to do by taking a thrilling Boracay island-hopping tour.
