Bacolod City is gearing up to host the much-anticipated Chicken Inasal Festival from May 24 to 26, 2024, following its sizzling success in 2023. This one-of-a-kind event celebrates the city's culinary heritage and the art of grilling.

During last year's Chicken Inasal Festival celebration, a famous chicken dish was displayed on a 320-meter-long grilling station on a main road. The display showcased 3,000 sticks of chicken parts, regarded as the longest in the Philippines, according to the festival co-chairperson.
