The pandemic has made heroes out of frontliners who have to leave home and risk their lives every day to fight the disease. Nurses, doctors, health care workers, police enforcers, sanitation workers, and other frontliners are being assisted by the government with temporary housing, personal protective equipment, and crowd-sourced food to be able to continue their dangerous work. Some restaurants in Bacolod have also joined the effort in helping frontliners by giving discounts and free deliveries for their food orders. Check out five restaurants in Bacolod with food discounts!
1. Sandok Casera by Sandok Comfort Food

Work schedules can be tight for frontline healthcare workers during this pandemic. Luckily, there’s Sandok Casera’s “Pa Baon Meal Subscription” which can prepare meal plans already. Their regular meal plan costs PhP799, but for frontliners, it would be available for only PhP350. The lunch meal set is good for five days. Plus, they offer free delivery to hospitals within Bacolod!

Healthcare workers in Bacolod can avail of the PhP50 discount on their total bill. Sweets and desserts such as yema cakes, apple cinnamon bread puddings, moist cakes, and more are also available.

Another way of improving one’s mood and cooling down while on a short break is with milk tea coolers from Ms Tea Bacolod. A PhP3 discount will be given to Bacolod frontliners who will order from the store. Available flavors include matcha, Hokkaido, wintermelon, red velvet, rocksalt and cheese, taro, and more.
5. Biryani Bcd

Frontliners who are wondering where to get authentic Pakistani food in Bacolod can check out Biryani Bcd. The restaurant offers a 5% discount on every order. They have food choices like chicken, shrimp, or beef biryani, chicken curry masala, and beef khemma or ground beef.
