With mixed-use townships, hotels, and a mall being developed, Bacolod is seen to draw more investors and is expecting an influx of tourists in the next few months. 1. Megaworld’s The Upper East
Location: 42 Burgos Avenue, Bacolod City

The Upper East will hail as the first master-planned mixed-use community in the city.

The Upper East township will consist of residential condominiums, shopping malls, mixed-use buildings, hotels, and office towers within its allotted 34-hectare area. Some of the township’s highlights include a New York-inspired lifestyle mall, a building inspired by the iconic Grand Central Station, and a mixed-use structure that features a unique architectural design called the Casa de Emperador. The location is also accessible to locals since it is located along the bustling streets of Bacolod.
2. Northill Gateway
Location: Bacolod-Silay Airport Acess Road, Silay City
Developer: Megaworld Corporation
The township has direct access to the Bacolod-Silay Airport.

Megaworld’s Northill Gateway is another township with upscale residential houses envisioned to bring a refreshing lifestyle to the families of Bacolod. Located away from the metro, it will feature mixed-use office and retail buildings as well as leisure and recreational amenities. To provide convenience for future residents and visitors, the 50-hectare township will also have a central plaza, events venue, wellness and sports facilities, and a supermarket.
3. Park Inn by Radisson Hotel
Location: SM City Bacolod, Reclamation Area, Bacolod City
Developer: SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation
As with other Park Inn branches in the Philippines, the Bacolod branch will feature stylish and comfortable rooms.

Ideal for business travelers, delegates, and leisure tourists, Park Inn by Radisson Hotel will soon operate in the City of Smiles. The seven-story hotel will have 153 contemporary rooms, a fitness center, an all-day dining restaurant, and a lobby bar. Located a few steps away from SM City Bacolod mall, the mall will give immediate access to guests on extensive retail, food and drink hubs, and entertainment facilities. Guests will also be welcomed with an exceptional service brand by the Radisson Hotel Group. Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Bacolod is expected to operate by the third quarter of 2020.
4. Citadines Bacolod
Location: Lacson Street, Barangay Mandalagan, Bacolod City
Developer: Cebu Landmasters, Inc.
The stylish hotel will have a swimming pool, a gym, a game room, and restaurants on the third floor.

Citadines Bacolod offers a home away from home for both temporary and long-staying guests in Sugarlandia. Located conveniently along Lacson Street, the 200-unit hotel is accessible to transportation hubs, shopping malls, and food strips. Each state-of-the-art room comes with a kitchen, separate working and living area, home entertainment, broadband internet connection, and a comprehensive range of amenities. The tower’s ground floor will open commercial spaces for dining and retail outlets.
5. Vista Mall Bacolod
Location: GM Cordova-Buri Road, Bacolod City
Developer: Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc.
Vista Mall will be accessible to the residents of Camella Homes Bacolod.

Residents from the north can have easy access to shopping and leisure amenities near their homes with Vista Mall Bacolod, which is situated near Camella Homes and Olivera Condo Homes. It is managed by Vista Land, one of the fastest-growing shopping mall retailers in the country. This is the first Vista Mall in Bacolod and it will open in summer.
